Donation Refund Policy

4socio is committed to ensuring fair and transparent processing of donation refund requests, especially as digital payments become more common. We encourage all donors to exercise due diligence when making donations. However, we acknowledge that errors may occur, or donors may change their minds.

4socio will review each refund request and make every effort to accommodate it. We may require additional information or documents from the donor, who must cooperate in this process. However, 4socio reserves the right to refuse any refund request, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

Can You Cancel a Donation?

You can request a refund for your donation within 3 days of the payment date. After these 3 days, refunds will not be available. Additionally, no refunds will be processed if the 80G certificate has already been issued.

Refund requests must be submitted to 4socio in writing or via email within 3 days of the donation date. The request should include the following details:

Donor’s full name
Donation amount
Date of donation
Receipt number
Reason for requesting a refund

Please note that refunds will not be issued after the 80G certificate has been provided

Delivery

We will send a receipt for your donation via email only, ensuring prompt and secure delivery through digital means. No physical or printed documents will be provided.

Other Disclosures

We may disclose information as required by law, to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors, or users, and as necessary to enforce our terms of service.
