We sincerely appreciate your generosity and support for our social impact initiatives. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to donations made to Awareness Trust through 4Socio.

1. General Donation Policy
All donations made to Awareness Trust through 4Socio are considered voluntary and, subject to the terms below, final and non-refundable.
We encourage donors to carefully review the donation amount and details before completing a transaction. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a donation, please contact us using the details provided below.

2. Recurring Donations
Donors who have opted for recurring donations may cancel their recurring contributions at any time.
To request cancellation of a recurring donation, please contact us at +91 90944 00022 or email info@4socio.com.
Please allow 7–8 business days for the cancellation request to be processed. Cancellation will apply to future contributions and will not ordinarily affect donations that have already been processed.

3. Errors or Duplicate Transactions
If a donation has been processed incorrectly due to a technical error, including an incorrectly charged amount or duplicate transaction, please notify us as soon as possible.
We will review the transaction and, where the error is verified, arrange for an appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment gateway and banking procedures.
Refund requests relating to transaction errors should preferably be submitted within 7–8 business days from the date of the transaction.

4. Tax Benefits
Donations made to Awareness Trust may be eligible for tax benefits to the extent permitted under applicable Indian laws and subject to the Trust’s eligibility and applicable statutory requirements.
Donors are advised to retain their donation receipt and consult their tax advisor or applicable tax authority regarding the tax treatment of their contribution.

5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be initiated to the original payment method used for the donation. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the donor’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other financial institution involved.
